How good is tier 4 and 5!

Today i had a look in wow-europe's armor set division (http://www.wow-europe.com/en/info/basics/armorsets/) and i can make 1 comment.They are indeed very good but they arent as good as i expected .For example druid tier3 was a lot better than the equipment you could get in normal 5man runs or in Zg and even tier1.However what i noticed with those new tiers is 1) that the sets have less parts than the old 1s and 2) that they arent the uber thing some1 could expect to see.For example me a tauren druid with relatively good equipment from 5 man dungeons would gain maybe an extra amount of 100+ bonus healing or even less in comparison to the equipment i already have.Although they can be enhanced with gems (while 5-man equip cant) they still arent what i expected it to be.Ofc that doesnt change the fact that it looks impressive and ofc i want it but i cant see the reason why they arent something every1 would be starving for.Honestly it doesnt make the whole fight for them something that every1 couldnt live without
